Priyanka Chopra Biography

Priyanka Chopra was conceived in Jamshedpur, India on July 18, 1982. Chopra received the title of Miss India in her high school and then was awarded Miss World 2000. After the international victory, Chopra became a star in Bollywood and turned her focus to film. American television helped her become famous with Quantico which was an FBI drama which aired from 2015 to 2018. The actress also made headlines because of her marriage to Nick Jonas in December 2018. In 2003, she appeared in her first Bollywood film, The Hero: Love Story of a Spy. In addition, she appeared in Andaaz in the year 2003, which spawned several films, including Plan, Kismat and Asambhav. Although most of these films were not successful at the box at the box office, Chopra found success with the romantic comedy Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. Chopra at the age of 20 was the first actress to make her film debut in Thamizhan in 2002. The following year, she followed it with Jeet Born to Win. On her debut, Chopra was clear: "I disliked it!" she has said. "I wanted to leave the field after I did it! I was unsure of the meaning behind what I was doing." The actor and the actress Nick Jonas went public with their relationship in the summer of 2018. The couple announced their engagement in July. Jonas is reported to propose to Chopra on his 36th birthday. The pair married in a multiple-day lavish affair beginning on December 1st, 2018.
